Alex and Michael had a quintessential New England wedding. Alex had always dreamed of an Ocean House wedding ever since she was a little girl. What could be more quintessential New England than Ocean House in Watch Hill, Rhode Island? With the iconic blues and greens on the backdrop of the sea, Ocean House was the perfect location for their nuptials.
A little about their love story from the bride. “We met at Villanova University in 2016. A mutual friend set us up, believing that we’d have a great time together. From our first conversation, we both had a ‘this is my person’ feeling. From then on we were inseparable. In the summers I would take Michael to Watch Hill, RI, which quickly became our favorite place. I would tell him stories about my grandma taking me to the Watch Hill Lighthouse, and that as a little girl I would tell her that one day I’m going to get married next door at the Ocean House! After graduating college, moving to Boston, and getting our beloved corgi, Michael popped the big question at the Watch Hill Lighthouse. A year later, on my parent’s wedding anniversary, we got married at the Ocean House and it all felt like our own personal fairytale.”
