Alexa and David’s wedding had been many years in the making. A couple postponements, the birth of their sweet boy, and a little thing called a global pandemic and they were finally able to tie the knot at the Ocean View Club on Harbour Island in 2022. The couple really wanted a relaxed and fun day, so we created a very loose itinerary, which was so refreshing. No wedding party, few posed photos, just pure fun.

We started the wedding weekend with a welcome party on the water, followed by a dinner at Alexa’s family’s home. The day of the wedding, we started with casual getting ready photos, followed by the sweetest first look. We galavanted around Harbour Island taking portraits, and then the couple walked into their ceremony TOGETHER (which was something I had never seen but absolutely loved.) They had a short ceremony, read their lovely vows, and then their son joined them at the alter. The rest of the night was enjoyed with amazing food and dancing with their closest friends and families.

Photographing a wedding on Harbour Island Bahamas Wedding at Ocean View Club had been a dream of mine for many years. I am hoping to make it back to Harbour Island as soon as I can, it was such a special and beautiful place.
